MEET THE TEAM
RAAGHAV CHAUDHRY PRESIDENT
Raaghav Chaudhry is the President of Education to Inspire. He co-founded this non-profit with the mission to help democratize education for the less fortunate. Raaghav oversees most of the day-to-day operations of the organization. This involves managing the executive teams, helping to create monthly agendas, coordinating with every member to ensure that the non-profit is functioning at full efficiency. He is currently a student at University of Toronto where he is pursuing a degree in computer science.
MILEN BELANGER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Milen Belanger is the Executive Director of Education to Inspire. He co-founded Education to Inspire along with Raaghav with the goal of providing children access to quality education to make a meaningful change in their life. As Executive Director, Milen provides leadership for the organization by working in tandem with the executive team to develop strategies and plans for growth to continually increase the organization’s impact across the globe. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University.
RAVEENA KICHLU HEAD OF LOGISTICS
Raveena is the Head of Logistics at Education to Inspire. She works closely with the presidents to enact plans set forth for improvement and expansion of the organization. Raveena also helps facilitate communication between the presidents and members of the executive team, while at the same time overseeing the completion of their tasks. Raveena is currently pursuing a double major in International Relations and Public Policy at the University of Toronto.
CLEM BENOIT HEAD OF OUTREACH
Clem Benoit is the Head of Outreach at Education to Inspire. Clem is responsible for sourcing new partnerships with organization across the globe, to reach new students in need. This involves contacting and networking with other organizations to build interest in our cause. Clem is a student at the University of Toronto, where she is studying Political Science and Ethics, Society & Law.
RITAM PATEL HEAD OF RECRUITMENT
Ritam Patel is the Head of Recruitment for Education To Inspire. Ritam is responsible for finding and onboarding volunteers, so that the organization can accommodate more students in need. This involves recruiting online via platforms, assessing applications, and incorporating accepted volunteers into the program. Ritam Patel is a currently on the pre-medical track at the University of Pittsburgh.
MADELEINE JAY EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR
Madeleine Jay is the Executive Coordinator of Education to Inspire. Her role is to oversee the complete tutoring process to ensure things run smoothly. This involves developing our Tutoring Guide, training new tutors, coordinating sessions, and managing the tutoring schedule. Madeleine is currently studying psychology at the University of Toronto.
SHUMIN LI EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Shumin Li is the Executive Secretary of Education to Inspire. She is responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date records of all meetings and tutoring sessions, to create an interactive and engaging learning environment for students. She is also responsible for keeping executives updated about the status of ongoing projects. Shumin is currently studying business in the Schulich School of Business at York University.
FIONA WANG PUBLICITY OFFICER
Fiona is the Publicity Officer of Education to Inspire. She is responsible for raising awareness of the organization’s accomplishments in order to inspire more to support our cause. This involves developing and maintaining the Education to Inspire website and social media platforms.
